I don`t know if it is because I recenly downloaded games from the internet coz it displays also a message which says it can not ply 2 video overlays at the same time. How can I fix the problem?

codec problem most likely
uninstall then reinstall program
search for codec bundles on web
if you have nero or roxio both have dvd players you could try them
also do a virus scan (come with game downloads)

My husband had the same problem with his laptop recently, although we never found out the cause of the problem, it was solved by downloading a dvd decoder from the manufacturers website.

could be a codec issue. try uninstalling your DVD playing software, and reinstalling it.
