Yes if Sonics, no if Hornets because people are already used to having the Hornets there.
I do not knw enough about OK City to think of a name

The Hornets, no. The Sonics, yes. The Oklahoma City Super Sonics sounds a little weird and little long to me. They should change to the Oklahoma City Okies or Cowboys or Desperados or something.

I don't think so. I think the Sonics or the Hornets sound good coming off OKC.

The NEW ORLEANS Hornets will return to NEW ORLEANS. Then OKC can change the SS name becuase it is pretty long. Man I cant wait for that match up. N.O vs OKC Put it this way go to an OKC or NO board and you have OKC people bashing us and NO people bashing them. It isnt pretty

To me it makes sense for a team to change it's name when they move. I mean the LA Lakers. They were in Minneapolis, where there are many lakes. But how many lakes are there in LA?
Maybe the Cowboys, or something western sounding would go good for a team in Oklahoma.
