white blood cell count is 11.8 (slightly higher)
neutrophils count is 8.4 (higher)
eosinophils count is 0.1 (lower)

Without the rest of the blood work. I would say you have a little bit of infection or virus. Nothing really to worry about as the criteria for a more serious infection is WBC > 12.0 , the neutrophils and eosinophils just tell you what kind of infection to look for. The neuts being up only slightly, may mean virus, or it is starting to clear up.
