Does anybody know if there is a way to get help in Germany if you have a monetary dispute with a company?

Company in Germany charged money to my credit card that was not supposed to have been charged. Here in the States we have what is called the Better Business Bureau. Just wondering if there is anything like this in Germany?

Call your credit card company. Explain the situation. They may be willing to help if you can explain that the charge was made without your permission. They will want to know how the German company got your credit card information.
