Relative to the center of the earth (effectively where gravity originates on earth) then you are not upside down, you and I are equally placed from the source of gravity - gravity is the 'down' if you like, and we are both 'up' from it, on the face of the earth, so neither is upside down.

gravity. Because of the earth mass/density it creates a gravitational pull toward the center. So if you are being pulled to the center from any point on earth it will always feel like you're being pulled down rather than up. Now lets say the Earth wasn't rotation and that there was a black hole near the south pole then the people on the south pole would feel like they are upside down and would get sucked into the black hole, but so would the earth and you on the north pole, but at least you on the north pole wouldnt feel upside down.

You speak about up and down and the mean reference is you and yourself standing up on the earth! If you change the system of references you must define what you mean about “up” and “down”! You mean “down” and you understand that your body are perfect orientate to the center of the earth, with your leg in that part, according with gravitational force. This is what your brain translates for you! But if you are placed in space, you must tell me about what you mean with “up” and “down”! In the space your brain will be very confuse! Try it! And answer yourself to this question!

the best way to answer this question is this way.....

standing on the 45th parallel, why don't you feel like you are leaning at a 45 degree angle? you are obviously standing on a curve, so why aren't you leaning?
