ok i have mine done and i've pierced a lot of nipples so heres the short version of my aftercare sheet : wash in the shower with dial antibacterial soap warm water, dry well. leave them alone, dont play with them dont use alcohol, peroxide, neosporin, bandaids. there is no need to "rotate" the jewelry at all. You'll notice there is some discharge, totally normal, but it dries on the ring and you dont want to twist that back into the piercing. You really only need to clean them once a day or so, you dont want to over clean them as that will dry them out. If they get really sore you can also do a salt water soak or use saline solution but rinse well afterwards. Hope that helps :)

Whats your question?
Or did you just want everybody to know that you got it done.
The best way to clean it is with a sea salt soak.

►Sea Salt Soak◄
1.Wash your hands with an anti-Bacterial or antimicrobial liquid Soap/Wash.
2.Use a disposable cup to mix your sea salt solution. Or clean your cup very well with the anti-bacterial soap.
3.Mix 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt to 8 oz of warm water. (Distilled water if possible)
4.Pour the solution into a small shot glass and tip it over onto your piercing. Fully saturate the piercing. Do this for 10 minutes once a day.
5. Pat dry with a disposable paper towel.
Do not rotate, twist it or turn the piercing. It only forces more crust back into the fistula. ( skin tube)

Good Luck!

I was fooling around with a girl that got both her nipples pierced, I think it took about a week before it was healed enough for fun, but it was still sensitive. It didn't totally heal until like almost a month. I was surprised it healed so fast though.

What exactly are you asking? Do as your peircer told you to and you wont need any further advice from the kids on here who don't have a clue about medicine or piercings.
