all those are good answers, but if youre like me, that sounds awfully boring! im currently very early in my 6th preg., and plan to lose the weight the same way i did before... eating smart, breastfeeding, and DANCING!! granted, dancing wasnt my only physical activity--- occasional walks and hikes, and lifting a little weight helped, too. at any rate, i had lost the 60+ lbs. and was back to my pre-preg weight w/ in 10 mo after delivery... and that was even after being on extended recouperation time due to complications! and even after so many pregs, my pre-preg weight is the same as in high school! so maybe theres a little credence lent to validate these methods. ---ps--- i NEVER deprive myself of anything... i just dont over-indulge, either. the only other thing i do is drink tons of water religiously, and rarely drink anything else. best of luck!

I found this online e-book that has a lot of information about breastfeeding as a way to lose weight plus tons of stuff about nutrition and exercising. I haven't tried it yet as I'm still pregnant. Plus you have to pay some for it. But if you're interested the address is www.breastfeedyourwaythin.com. I guess this is only useful if you're breastfeeding. Some exercises I can think of are walking, swimming, and aerobic videos. Also there's some kind of thing where you breathe a certain way while doing stretches that's supposed to be good.
