trust the tests - i have found them to be very reliable. i have 2 children and had no symptoms at all with either one (except i was a little irritable/emotional). no physical symptoms though. if you have had 2 positive tests, then you are pregnant and should see a doctor right away. regarding the butterflies, it's not the baby - it's more likely your body preparing for the pregnancy, you will notice a lot of these weird little body changes!!! your uterus and the ligaments surrounding it will do some stretches to get ready, and you will get some serious gas! LOL and good luck!

Hopefully, after a couple of positive tests you have arranged an appointment with an obstetrician. The doctor will best be able to answer all the questions you may have concerning the changes your body will be undergoing. Hope you have a happy, healthy, pregnancy! God Bless

if the pregnancy test says positive then your pregnant.....how far along are you? if your not too far along then the "butterfly like twinges" you feel are prolly gas, which would explain why your not having any other symptoms....if your more like 18 weeks pregnant then you feel the baby move and just feel lucky you havent had any other pregnancy symptoms....and get a prenatal appointment asap!

Try the First Response test, that seemed to be the most accurate for us. My wife was complaining of sore boobs, and water retention so she used the test and it came back positive. She ended up miscarrying but the test was correct. She never mentioned the feeling that you are experiencing though. Good Luck.

Have a blood test done just to be sure sometimes home tests can give false positives but more than likely you are pregnant

Well lets see here.
You have a positive test.
That mean your going to have a baby.
That means you should seek medical attention for your pregnancy.
Depending on how long it has been since your last menstral it could be movement or even GAS.
My first instinct when I found out was to GO TO THE DR.

It's gas. The earliest you would feel the baby would be 14-16 weeks, closer to 20 if this is your first pregnancy.
