We are trying to download picture from my friend camera onto our computer. She has the same brand camera and we have it hooed up to the computer but with our something normally pops up asking if we want to download the picture bt its not doing that with hers. What do we do?

connect the camera to computer
then go to "My Computer" and you will see icons for you harddrives and your camera
Click on the icon for you camera, Then you have to browse to the folder where the pictures are stored(the name of the folder is diferent on all cameras)
Once you will see the pictures- just copy them from there.
