1) Are you a messy person???
2) Do you like to party a lot???
3) Do you snore???
4) Do you stay up late and all hours of the night?
5) Do you get drunk a lot

Make sure all your names are on the lease and bills, so one of you won't get stuck with everything. It can haunt you later down the road with credit and things. Verbal agreements are NEVER good enough, it doesn't matter how good of friends you are. It is my experience that allows me to give you this information. Good luck.

i have no horror stories of my own, but have heard some....first of all you have to have guidelines...you don't want to be sleeping because you need to go to work and have your roomies throwing a loud party....cleaning...who does what and how often??? personal limits...are you a private person.....who pays for what and pay on time....think of all of these things....a lease....don't get stuck with it....
