No website is going to give you what you need, though the official Microsoft website will be a good start. It took months of intensive study and 7 years networking experience to get the MCSE on 2003... You can't cram all that technical information about networking, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, etc. into a few weeks.
For what you're talking about, you probably need Small Business Server 2003, which is similar, but with many differences than the Standard or Enterprise versions.
You need to get some "official" study materials from Microsoft Press that include a trial version of 2003 server. You'd need months to play with it, study the materials, etc. You'll need a test environment (lab)...
If you're serious about a 2003 domain structure, you're running with the big dogs. Either spend the next year or so studying, hire a qualified systems engineer, or prepare to get your butt chewed..
