When I get home from work today, I'm going to be met by a county sheriff who is going to serve me with divorce papers.
After that is all said and done with, what can I do to let loose besides the obvious beer consumption?
I'm 29.

Sorry to hear your getting such a painful birthday present. Best thing I can suggest is that you find friends to be with tonight. Being alone during this time can cause serious depression. Again, my sincerest apologies about your divorce on your B-day. You husband sounds like a complete *** to do this to you on your special day. If this helps, Happy B-day (hugs).

I always wanted to die on my birthday. You could try that.
Don't take me seriously. Just go out and do something. Maybe watch a movie or eat at a restaurant.

Go out and party with your friends or go on a shopping spree or something to take your mind off of it and just remember itleast u don't have to celebrate your birthday with a jerk!!!!
