i need to know more about sex and how does a person feel when he kisses someone?

He might be hinting that he wants to kiss you. Perhaps he wants you to answer "I don't know... kiss me, and let's find out."
Another option is that he just wants to know how much experience you have.
If you don't want to kiss him, and you don't want to tell him how much experience you have, just tell him that his questions are making you uncomfortable.
Or ask him "Why do you want to know these things?" -- put HIM on the spot!
No need to rush to find out about sex. I'm guessing you are young, and trust me: the longer you wait, the better -- especially if you don't yet know about protection from STDs and pregnancy.
