It actually could be said that all of the above save for abolished is correct. States rights were affected in different ways depending on the right. States gained some rights through the new government system, but also lost some as well. The 10th ammendment (part of the Bill of Rights) actually talks about states rights, and how they will be allocated.

If you're looking for one of thsoe answers to be correct (for a test question answer) I would go with limited.

There were no States Rights when the Constitution was adopted. States rights were subsequently added in the 10th Amendment to the Constitution.

Paraphrasing: "Those rights not SPECIFICALLY enumerated in the Constitution are reserved for the States."
