It was in the early 90's or so. It was a little girl with a British accent, she had a beret on and she was standing on an open road with phone lines I remember her saying "someday all computers will be connected" It was for the internet before it became popular?
When I ask people if they remember this they look at me like I have 3 eyes!

I can remember seeing those commercials. She wore a long coat like a pee jacket with large buttons and a scarf along with the beret. I think this girl is doing movies now she has long brown hair and sharp features but I don't know her name. Perhps I have seen her is The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe or some such movie.

I don't remember the commercial but can understand the three eye look.. at that time the internet was used strictly for higher educ. and for military purposes, Clinton and Gore work to bring the web to the public thus getting gore in hot water because he was miss quoted as saying he invented the net

I remember the scene you are speaking of but I thought it was a car commercial or something, or a financial investment company.
