I just had my period on July 9th through the 15th. Yesterday (July 18th) I already had the egg white stuff. Could it already be time for my ovulation this month? My husband and I really want to have a baby and we just aren't sure if its time or not.

The only date that matters is the day you get your period. If yesterday you saw egg white CM...that sounds about on target. Yesterday would be cycle day 9...the cervical mucus will probably stay that way for the next 3 or 4 days :)

Yes, it is possible you are ovulating already. Ovulation predictor test are the best way to stay on top of your cycle. I found after using one for a few months I had my cycle down pretty well and didn't need to use the kit anymore. Good luck to you and your husband.

i tested with ovulation strips for two months, and always seemed to be ovulating about day 22 ( i have a 38 day cycle) but we happened to get pregnant on a fluke ovulation on the last couple days of my period. go figure.
your body doesnt cycle like the tide, it will usually ovulate at the same time every month... but it might change its mind if it feels like now is a better time. lol. female bodies are like that :)

Women ovulate at different times in their cycle, you might well be one who ovulates earlier in the cycle. It is very possible.
