First clean it with water to make sure there is no dirt Don't touch it to much, open it carefully with a needle then apply Young Solution Spot Drops or if you don't have that use a lemon, it will dry out the zit.

I know this sounds weird but if you apply a hemorrhoid cream it will shrink it since this is what it is formulated to do.

first, hold a wash rag wet with very very hot water on it than after it dries put toothpaste on it.
