BET and MTV are television channels broadcast to millions of homes across the country and--at least in MTV's case--around the world. If the Ciara song "Get Up" appeared on the channel, it was heard (and seen) by many people, possibly millions, depending on the broadcast time it was broadcast. Unfortunately for musicians, MTV has found it more profitable to air episodic series rather than short-form music videos, so it is likely that this video was not aired in a prime time slot. But I can say with almost absolute assurance that at least one person saw the video, since it appears you did, and I'm sure some other people in the BET or MTV control rooms were monitoring the feed as it aired. Hope this helps.
