Apply vinegar to the stain and then soak in warm water. Then wash out the stain. Any way this deepens on the fabric.

Just use the bleach instructions for washing machine "tough stains/ odors" and it is sufficient enough.

If it's just urine, regular detergent should do the trick. Add a little bleach if it will make you feel better.
