Go to view Toolbars and check address bar
Right click on the toolbar and lock the toolbar
If this does not work, it means your address bar is hidden
Right click anywhere on the IE toolbar and make sure lock toolbars is unchecked
Move your mouse to where the IE toolbar ends. Once your cursor turns into a straight arrow, drag it down. Your address bar will show up
Last things is to right click anywhere on the IE toolbar and check lock toolbars, so it doesnt happen again

If it's not under the sofa cushions (with the loose change) then try a search engine... or you could just use the first answer here. :)
