Nicotine is a poison, that's why!
One of the strongest most deadly pesticides is a form of nicotine. Kills everything & you have to have a license to use it!

I don't know but I wish I could have ben lucky enough to have that happen to me when I first started smoking, I think it would have gone on 2 or 3 times and I probably would have gotten the hint, you should quite now while you are ahead

you headache maybe a sign that your smoking to strong of cigarettes. you might try switching to a more milder cigarette like mediums or lights.
