Use peroxide or oxy clean on the site first. Then let dry. If there is any discoloration use a bleach pen. Works great!

Use very little but very cold water with little dab of liquid soap... (with a Q-Tips) then rinse it with the cold water then repeat step. Always rub in a circular motion around it until the stain is gone then pat dry with a clean white cloth.

Whatever you do, DON'T use hot water. Rub it with a cold, damp white cloth (the colder, the better), and spray a little bit of spray 'n' wash on it.

If it is your own blood spit on it. Your own saliva will remove your blood stains. Peroxide will also work.
