I just added anemone to my tank yesterday. How do I know if she is dying or will she be alive? She has not eaten yet this morning. Do I need to place food right on her mouth? I saw red thing coming out of her mouth this morning. Was she pooping? Or Was she bleeding? And does she use her mouth to poop and eat? Help Help!!! I'm in chaotic now.

The "red" thing you saw could possibly be the mouth, etc. When stressed they commonly extrude the stomache contents and shrink.

If it's doing good after the first few days then it should be out and tentacles should looking nice and colorful.

Give it some time, it's pretty rare when any animal adjusts the first day after it's been in a new environment (well not TOTALLY rare) and with anemones it's pretty much a given that they're going to be freaked when moved.

Make sure you have the correct lighting, have clean water, and if it comes out feed it krill, shrimp, etc. once a week.

Anemones are very sensitive to tank conditions and even the hardier ones are not easy. They need pristine water conditions and high lighting.

when adding to a tank they should be acclimated over a long time. they can take a day or so to adjust to their surrounding in the new tank a well. If not a lot of movement after two days I would be pretty concerned.

Now for basic care if everything else in the tank is fine - some people will place food in the tentacles. Same orifice for eating and excrement. When placed in a tank they will generally move themselves to a place where they are comfortable - the best lighting, water flow.
