whenever your anatomy runs out of interior space and the uterus has to push against the abdominal wall.
Its different with each pregnancy, and each woman.
Usually though, for your first, you might not notice you're any bigger until you're about three months, and most people probably wont really be able to tell until almost 4. thats what they "say" anyway. But it doesnt mean anything.
Some women dont show at all for the vast majority of their pregnancy, while others start showing in a couple months, even on their first.
It all depends.
Iam three and a half months on my first baby, and no one but me and my husband can tell. I can tell cause non of my clothes fit. But iam real small and thin, and i wear tighter clothes... so thats why i notice. :)

You're probably start showing around your 4th month because your so little. But I'm bigger than that and I didn't begin to show until I was 7 months. For every woman it's different. But I would advice you not to rush the big stomach days because they can be very uncomfortable and hard to deal with, and the easies tasks become the hardess in those months. Simple things like tieing your shoes can be harder than ever and don't mention the idea of picking something up off the floor, girl it's a challenge.

well, my cousin who is 5'3" and 120 didnt start showing until she was 5 months into her pregnacy but my friend who is 5'5" and 150 didnt start showing for 3 months...it really depends on who you are and your genetics...it'd be easier to understand about your genetics if you talk to your mom or aunt or grandmother...someone who's in your family and has had a child...that's better than asking the general audiance who have different bodies than you. ^_^...oh, and congrats!
