I get about one call per day from this number. I answer and they hang up. I call back and it says "AT&T Please enter your easy access code". They call again the following day. Ugh!

Sounds like you're getting calls from an ATT calling card. Your telephone number may be similar to an access code, hence the calls with no one at the other end.

Call 1-800-555-1212 and ask for a supervisor. Tell them what's happening.

I had the same incident but different phone number. It stopped calling me recently however.
