The key to dressing under uniform standards involves a very keen use of accessories.
Unfortunately, most schools with uniforms also covers accessories in their dress codes, so I really suggest you focus on your studies and not be worried about looking "hot".

Wear cute accessories! Go to Nordstrom, Claires, Icing, Forever 21, AE, A&F, Charlotte Russe, Gap... just to name a few.

I went to a uniformed school and we had strict enforcers! So, you accessorized with jewelry and scarves and wild sox/tights/pantyhose! lots of fun pins and rings and bracelets as well as pocketbooks. we got to wear navy cardigans so we rolled the sleeves and tied them shut instead of buttoning...shoes were very important...had to be really cute but comfy! th biggie we always go into trouble for was for rolling up the long skirts...ok so they were really short but we wore funky boxers under them too!

well i have the same problem.I guess you can go to hot topics they might have good school clothes.
and miley(Hannah Montanna) is the best!
ps. Burlington coat factory does'nt have any cool school clothes.

target has the most styles for uniforms that's where i go for my kid's.
