Do you think he is short and fat. Big, Roley poley, Big, Macho, Fit or what?

He is very good looking and has big arms. He railroads for a living and hops on and off the side of trains, so it is not like he is misreable fat cow. He weighs much more than he looks.

I'm not sure what prompted you to ask - because if he's not bothered by it, he's not going to change his eating and exercise habits, so he's not going to get any thinner. Shouldn't he be asking this question?

It depends if he is muscle or all fat. I think he sounds cute. I would go for Teddy Bear.

He is definitely overweight. You don't need measurements to be sure of that though. You can probably tell just by looking at him, right?
