According to this website that allows you to find out when you are able to see the ISS in your town, for people in Michigan, it sadly is not visible every night at 8:14PM. If you're in Lansing, you will only be able to see it from the 19th of July, 2006 to the 29th of July, 2006, at around 5:15 AM.
