She does not have an infection. She had to go to the ER about 2 months ago for some abdomin pains, they said she had a slight infection then , she took the meds and everything is good, but still no sign of a period in 2 months. She has not been stressed or starving herself, and she is slightly overweight but has never missed or had a late period in the past.

Your fiance needs to see a doctor, everyone can give their opinion but in the end she would be better off seeking medical advice. there are a number of sights on the web you can look into.Is your girlfriend over weight , under stress or is she starving herself as this can cause irregular periods as well

I am not a doctor....not an easy one to know for sure. She will have to get into see a doctor. This sounds like more than just the typical signs of morning sickness. It could be something like an infection & she just could need to be on an antibiotic..... Her appointment needs to be made & soon. Hope this helps.

These could be the symptoms of a thousand diseases or conditions. She should definitely see a doctor, who can do much better tests than just urinating on a stick.
