how can you tell when someone's screws aren't too tight when you're out i public?

can you tell? i've worked with the mentally ill. sometimes they look "normal" but there's nothing "normal" about them!

Well alot of people you would never know that were insane out in public because they know how to control it that long, but it just shows really how crazy they are. But they still do give off some signs. They are very small signs that same aren't even noticable. But whether its a unsteady hand, to multiple blinking every few seconds that could follow a certain pathern to the slightest of mumbling in speech. Mumbling doesnt declare the person is insane but it gives some proof that there is a chance he/she is. Even the thoughts are proof does the person just say whats on their mind and is it negitive or just to positive? You must watch very carefully for the signs.

when they take the seat next to you on a bus put their arm around you and then wet themselves. happened to me in Cleveland.
