He's great. I used to live in NC where he bases most of his books. That's how I got hooked.
My favorite Sparks book is "The Wedding". It's the follow up to "The Notebook" so if you haven't read that, it won't be as meaningful to you. It's a great book. Couldn't put it down.
I liked the book "A Walk to Remember" but the moive didn't do it justice.

hey tinkerbell! i think nicholas sparks is amaziiiiiiiiiiiiiiiing. ive read his a message in a bottle and a walk to remember. both were very good. i used tissue a lot. these books are also been made into movies. movie for a change has done justice to the book.

I'm not a big fan of his books but his story about his start as a writer is great. I believe he was a pharmaceutical salesman during his early writing career and suddenly was offered $1,000,000 from a publisher for the rights to his first book. Check out his website for the full story.

he's my fav auther and my fav book from him and is my fav book is "a walk to remember" it's such a chick book and it's a movie so it would be a chick flick. and go to google or yahoo and put in "nicholas sparks address" and it should come up with an address so you can write to him oh maybe i should do that I LOVE HIM!!!!!!!
