PLS TAKE A VACATION ... IT PERFECTLY WORKED FOR ME (wink)

Try to choose an island, or a place when you can really have fun relaxing, sun bathe, drink cocktails and party at nite and ohhh shopping shopping shopping ..... I would suggest Spain but I'm not from the states ... If Europe is too far for you then you might want to try the Bahamas or the Caribbean.

But I defiantly suggest a Vacation!!!

By any chance, did you treat your boyfriend like a king? Always available, calling him all the time, telling him you love him all the time, doing special things for him, etc? This is not necessarily the best thing for a relationship. Guys like a challenge and they like to take the lead. If this is what happened in your relationship, read the book Mars and Venus on a Date by John Grey. You might also want to read a book called The Rules. The Rules is a bit different than one might expect - it might seem like game playing, but if you look past that, it explains how guys like to be in charge and explains how to be in relationships. I don't advocate playing games at all, so don't do that, but it's important to have your own life and not make your guy the center of the world. Guys feel smothered very easily. This will help you move on because you will find ways to have a better relationship the next time around. Work on making yourself better. It's the best way to get over the heartbreak. Also, spend lots of time with your friends doing things that you love to do. Good luck to you.

I appreciate ur mentality for not ruminating around the reasons for why he did that to you (which is what a lot of people do here). It is always better to find the ways to get over that and make choices by your own in your life.
Basically you should concentrate on things which you used to enjoy the most.........let it be cooking, swimming , music or education??!!
resorting to drinking or isolating yourself from the world would only worsen the situation...........eventually it is your pecious life u r wasting.
Once you are able to divert your attention to something positive try to grab the best oppurtunities life throws at you............a good man, a good job, a good friend etc.,
all the best!!

Join a new gym, or take some Yoga or try to get a new hobby like dance lessons somewhere. By putting yourse;f around a new group of people you'll think about him less and quickly move on. It's worked for me in the past.

This is a good time and chance for you to be proactive, the last time I got dumped I focused on improving other parts of my life (i.e. job, school or whatever else works for you).

Don't focus on moving on to someone else or your bf just yet, make new friends, or get in touch with old friends. Find something about yourself you want to improve about yourself and do it. This will not only draw your attention away from the pain, it can raise your self esteem as well.

Good luck

the best way?? let me think....aha!! yes, an idea is coming..any minute now..........any minute...oh yes, there is no best way..the only way is to forget about him cuz if you don't you only waste you time, effort and energy...but if you feeling too lonely, try to find someone else and if you x-bf comes back and beg on his knees to come back to you, you better give him a great kick in his as* you know?? second of all..education is more important if you don't think so, maybe you should ask your friends and family to give you some advice on your love life. and if that doesn't work, try to find a new bf at www.friendster.com it never fails.
thirdly,if you really can't take your mind of him, pray to god so that the lord could bless you by making you forget about him..so that's my opinion..

Well my sister had that problem...she threw away all of the stuff from the boy and then just left him alone...she ended up finding someone else...if someone else doesn't come along right away then you just have to be strong about it you know?...hang out with your friends a lot to get your mind off of it because if you don't then you might go crazy.

Start thinking about yourself first, honey. It will take a little time but do nice things just for your own pleasure. Then, go get you a new bf...or at least go out and put all of your flirting skills into action. This will give you the boost you need.
