Thank you for coming = Grazie per essere venuto... and please don't say "grazie per venire"... it has a complete different meaning in italian... about sex...they would laugh! :)

it's nice to see you= mi fa molto piacere vederti
hope you had a nice trip= spero abbiate fatto buon viaggio
...anything else...?
and remember... in italian everything is pronounced how it is written (few exceptions), letter by letter... easy, isn't it?
