"Axis of Evil" as described by George Bush:
Iraq
Iran
North Korea
Officially it was Germany and Japan.
Since "Axis of Evil" is an American Ideology, it will generally refer to America's cheif opponents.
If you were to ask which countries have traits of evil, I would answer in a much different manner.

USA is probably the most evil I am sorry to say.... any country which allows its President to cause a disaster like 9/11 then blame it on terrorists is absolutely evil
North Korea has long been a threat to the USA.. yet you never hear of the USA going to North Korea looking for weapons of mass destruction... odd we would travel half way around the world to a oil rich nation and accuse them instead...
