Register to spamcop and just report them. That's about all you can do at this time since BlueFrog went under. Hopefully, Okkipidi will hurry up and finish so we can start putting a dent in Spam again.

I have used Spamcop and my spam mail has cut down a bit.

First, make sure you have spam guard activated...If you use Yahoo Beta Mail there is a nice window with a list of your emails and you can just click on it and either drag it to the spam folder or click the spam button. Once you do this with an email, Yahoo will block all future emails from that webmaster.
Also, using Yahoo Mail, you can set it up under "my account" to only receive email from people in your address book.

You just have to put them on your block list and report them as spam if your e-mail service allows you to do so. There's nothing else you can do. Sorry! I get those at work. Yuck!
