Yes it is very normal your baby is beginning to drop. I don't know if you have heard of this before but this is the time where the baby drops down into position to be born laying really close to your pelvic bone. You will have alot of pressure until you deliver. The best thing to do for this is take a really warm not to hot bath and the baby will move up a little that should give you some relief. Good luck and Congrats on the baby.

Sounds like a big baby for 32 weeks... but ya, it can be very normal. Are you sure about the due date?? I'm 36 weeks and my little one still has room to flip flop around. Not that she doesn't get me in the ribs... and I have odd sensations when she gets the hiccups... You could also be experiencing Braxton Hicks contractions, they don't really do anything, but it's your body practicing for labor. These can feel as strong as the real thing too. I have to stop and breathe though mine, and have had too for the last few months already.
Good Luck!!!!

It's all normal. He's running out of room and he's probably really crowded in there. My daughter used to move her head alot when she was in position and it felt really weird and sometimes it hurt. The last couple of months are the worse for the mother because this little baby has completley taken over your body. You'll feel exhausted and achey. Congrats!

It may just be the baby stretching out but i would still mention this to the doctor at your next visit or give them a call. They will probably ask you if you have had any bleeding or anything abnormal. But you have to remember that the baby is growing everyday and that means that you also have to grow so it's probably not anything to worry about.Good luck!

yeah your experiencing Braxton Hicks Contractions... if your not already you need to try some things to releave the pain...for some women its walking/swimming and some it could be just laying in bed... I was experencing the same thing but it felt like she was clawing at me it started around 30 weeks on and off then my water broke at 35 weeks and had a 32 hour labor...but if you have any conserns you should contact your OB/GYN

It's normal my son ws upside down for months too but then at 36 weeks flipped again. I was scheduled for a cect at 37 weeks and they let it go to 38 weeks he flipped back though. My right leg would also go numb from time to time when he would stretchout (head down) it is painful. Try going swimming to let baby move around with out so much pain it also releives swelling.

Yes, it's completely normal. And it's great your baby is already in position! At least you won't have to worry about him being breech.
And just remember when you get those pains, that your baby is getting in his crucial development - he needs to stretch his arms and legs to help with his muscle development so he's ready to make his entry into the world! Remembering that would help me though all those cramps he caused me. :o)
Hang in there, you're almost done, and congratulations!
