A nice neat little war can usually solve just about anything. More issues have been decided through war than through dilpomacy throughout history.

On occassion, a show of superior military might will do without firing a shot. Either way, the best defense is the best offense and a powerful military is the base of it all.

Regrettably, it does. War is often the price of peace. Can any peaceful nation stand by and watch a dictator kill his own people by the thousands? Or watch as one nation attacks another for the purpose of domination? The UN was formed to police the world and create a world body that would take action to keep peace between nations. Unfortunately, it has become irreversibly corrupt and is now a danger to world peace. With the UN in such a hopeless, useless mess, only the US is powerful enough to step in and do the work of the UN. Either that or let the dictators and terrorists continue to kill, rape and plunder their countries and their helpless, weaker neighboring countries.

it is complicated. What precisely do you mean by ''what do wars make certain.'' If we not in any respect revolted hostile to Britain and had the american Revolution (a warfare...a mandatory warfare) would we be the great-international superpower that we are excellent this second? became it mandatory for us to strive against that warfare, and did it make certain something? YEAH, a good number of stuff. on the different hand, became it mandatory for us to strive against in Vietnam, or have international warfare I? yet besides the undeniable fact that, there is also international warfare II...yet wait, wasn't that mandatory to boot, and did not we make certain some issues by putting an end to that negative Hitler? the alternative is as a lot as you...are wars mandatory, and do they make certain something?
