Simpsons is classic, Family Guy is a little more edgy. I would have to say the Simpsons because I have watched them since they started on the Tracey Ullman Show.

Well that is a very good question, Family Guy is funnier per episode than the simpsons, it is more out there and wacky, you know very unbelievable funny.
The simpsons is actually more likely to happen and probably does happen to some people, so I think we can relate to the humor more, plus it has been on forever now, so its popularity and seigniority make it better overall I guess...............

Family Guy the shows randomness makes it hillarious like the Giant Chicken or the jokes you don't understand but the way it was done is funny it's own way.

They are both funny, I probably like Family Guy a little better though, Stewie cracks me up, and the monkey in Chris's closet is pretty funny.

Although the Simpson's is a classic, I do think family Guy is funnier, especially baby Stewy(that is his name, right?) He's a rude bwoy.

The Simpsons, because it remains going sturdy and asll those tremendous new shows have strongly been inspired by using this tremendous coach. i like kinfolk guy extra proper than Sout Park, yet South Park is rather good too.
