I'm not going to blast you like the others did and call you stupid, because you're not.The answer is no, toddler shoes are for people who are toddlers and have small feet. Men's shoes are for men. I don't understand the rest of your question. Sorry.

Well, I have wide feet and dont like to wear womens shoes for basketball, so i have to wear mens. I wear I size 7 in mens, and ocasionally I get a size 7 little boys. Theyre the same size. Toddler shoes are tiny tiny. But you may be able to wear Litte Boys.
