Thanks Pondering Reality, That is a slightly different way of looking at things, you could also try the hse in Zabrisky point, It is modern but interesting, and the onr I would choose, The Towering Inferno.

Antonioni was great at filmimg 'architecture', so was Louis Malle.
I, personally, welcome every Frank Lloyd Wright house in a movie and love the buildings in Rosemary's Baby, Yakuza, and (US) Dark Water.
The best architecture especially built for a film, I think, can be seen in Kubrick's 2001: A Space Oddyssey - unique!

A Clockwork Orange -

2001 was interesting but, it was a spaceship afterall...

Also an old old movie called, "This House Posessed" it was an old '80's horror movie, they used a house in it designed by Frank Gehry - that house was fantastic.

I love films shot in paris because they use the already existing amazing parisian architecture. It's just funny when they mix it all around.
