What's the best way to deal with someone who won't mind his/her own damned business?

set up a situation where their meddling embarasses the poop out of them or gets them in trouble. We have one of those where i work and turned around and caught them at their own game. Haven't heard a peep out of her lately.

Oooh I really do hate meddlers. The easiest and simplest way is to just plain say. Thanks for the advice but this is one I want to figure out for myself.

Never tell them anything personal about you, always give general answers, and if they ask a personal question say "I'd rather not talk about that"

Just tell them. Just say you appreciate their input but this is something only you can handle.
