Stay hydrated, get up and move a few times each hour. These are the main things to keep an eye on. As long as there are no other reasons to be considered a high risk pregnancy (like previous miscarriages, or bleeding during pregnancy) there are no problems with flying.
Us military wives... move and fly pregnant ALL the time.
You may want to look into the local medical facilities for where you are going, just so you know where they are, and if your insurance covers any costs of being seen there if needed. Better safe than sorry in the long run.
Good luck, and enjoy your vacation!!!

YES! Of course she can! it can be risky when you're close to term because you don't want to go into labor on the plane, but you don't really need to worry about that till she's at least 32 weeks along. I had plans to go to Six Flags and had already bought tickets, then found out I was 8 weeks pregnant. I still went and rode the rollercosters because if i hadn't taken the test I would have gone anyways and not known. The risk is alway in the 3rd trimester for anything with a warning about pregnancy. The companies are just covering their butts to avoid that one law suit that may or may not happen, but in the first and second trimesters you can do anything you want except drink and do drugs!

Go get a book called " what to expect when you are expecting". It's the pregnancy bible and will help with all these questions. Your question as well as many others that you would not expect is in there. It's excellent in describing all of these little things that worry moms and help distinguish when something is "normal" or not.
Good Luck!

Yes. You should just avoid flight in the last trimester. Can increase blood clots getting loose from the legs and she could go into preterm labor.

yes she can up until the third trimester, but make sure she gets up and walks around at least every 30 mins and it would be good for her to wear pantie hose it helps prevent blood clots in her legs and any swelling! have fun!!!

As long as she doesn't fly during the last month of her pregnancy you should be okay. Ring the airline if you're not sure. B

In your first and second trimester yes, but not in your third because the air pressure might make your water break.

she sure can, you aren't supposed to fly in the last trimester, she's good for a while!
but her jet lag is going to be terrible, get her a massage as soon as you depart the airport!
