it is not impossable. angels do have both arms and wings. they watcj over everyone and there is no way that they do not have arms because they do. your friend clearly does not know what he is talking about and he needs to do al little more reserch on the topic.

Angels are spiritual creatures of pure energy with intelligence and free will. Are you asking if it is impossible to have both arms and wings, or arms and wings?

My best guess, if a creature is spiritual and pure energy it would need neither. Those who have seen them say they are eight to twelve feet tall, magnificent and usually appear male, with arms and legs, of course.

Those who have seen them in flight claim they have arms, legs and wings. If I have ever seen one, I was not aware so I can't say for sure.

I agree with the above comment... Angel's don't need arms or wings.

If you believe that they're real, they COULD have arms or wings because that's how humans percieve them. Or maybe because they don't have/need bodies.

If you don't believe in angels, then the simple answer would be 'because they don't exist.'.
