Everytime that i help them whey they need i help them one time it even cost me my job becouse i had to take so much time off work to help my brother out of a situation that he put himself in , and last year something happen to me without my fault and i ask for money and he send me to work and he know that i could it so he dint give me the money but he give me a lecture and everytime i help him i never lecture him becouse i dint care and dint wanna kick him while he was down , so i took the money but never spoke to him since ,what should i do now ?

I recently had to finally cut myself off from my older brother and my only sister...and it hurts a lot.
After years of trying to get along and hoping things would change, it just never happened.
Sometimes you have to cut someone loose, even if they're family. That old crap about sticking together just because they're 'family' is nonsense, don't buy into it, family can be just as bad for you as anyone else, and lots of times even worse...
Carry on and live your live as a good person, and that's all you can really hope to do....good luck.

Wait for time to heal. You know, family problem like yours happens all the time. It need a fair referee - parents - to control things. But if your parents couldnt help, then let time pass and you'll feel better about him, and then you may talk again. He's your brother.

You can choose your friends but not your family. If they seen bent on ruining your life avoid them. Who needs that garbage.

you should talk to him about how you really feel, that way, you can be really honest with each other. You're family and that's what families do.
