I'd say...open your mouth and do the talking...hehehehe...
But...if you're afraid to do that, you can write how you feel about them in a mail, love letter or simple notes...
If you're too shy to do it too...maybe you can show them how you feel...shower them with your care and attention, be there when they need you and be best friend with them...they'd know it...
But I suggest you to do the talking anyway...it's the simple and fastest way to know if they like you back

What you can do is complament them, this shows the person that they have your attention and you like them. If you complamenting them doesn't catch there attention, then try hanging out with them more and ask them who they like and then when they ask you, say this someone very close to me. (like sitting next to you or across from you). Hope I helped.
