You must do what the judge wants, talk to your lawyer. If you are legally divorced by the state, have the papers in court with you, you should both have a copy. Now he will have to pay or GO TO JAIL.

Because there may be information in the divorce record that may supersede any support order.
And, by "mother of ex-husband" I'm ASSUMING you mean you the mother of you ex-husband's children, because why would your ex-husband's mother seek support? But then, who knows aroung here?
