Well it's currently 32 Centigrade in our office, (35 outside...a.k.a the Seventh Circle of Hell) and we have 1 fan and no air conditioning. I've had 2 litres of water so far today, and I'm fine - if a little sweaty! XD
I'm hungry too, have just had a banana and 4 biscuits...

Guessing that is Celcius :-p The heat always makes me feel kinda gross, I lose my appetite and get sick to my stomach easily, I also get fatigued very quickly. This is mild heat stroke. Try to stay out of the sun, drink lots of fluids and keep something cool on the back of your neck. I have also found that washing your hair and leaving it to air dry is a great way to stay cool, hope this helps!

I was a couple of days ago. We had an air stagnation warning.Temps in the 90s. I had trouble breathing, felt weak and queasy. So, home we went, where it was cooler. Felt better after a while. Thank God for air conditioning.

No, open all windows and doors, create proper air circulation, fans are not that good. Close the curtains.

If you lay off the horse whips for a while you'll feel better. And send my grandad home.
