complain to the bus company. They can't appologise if you don't tell them what happened! Also how close to the curb were you? Bus mirrors don't overhang by that much.

Definately talk to the bus company. I would ring, then write a full description in a letter. Keep hammering 'till you get a reply of a decent nature. They may have a form you can fill in.

If you can include any information such as description of the bus (number/destination) and the driver (if you saw him). Also time of occurance and even any witnesses if you have any. I guess it is possible to include a doctor's report etc if you wish. Keep all this information and any more incase you want to take legal action, should it arrive at that stage.

It doesn't matter that it was an accident as these happen; what actually matters is the fact that the bus didn't stop to address the situation - it's technically a hit and run really I think.

I remember a time a few years ago when it was afternoon rush hour and I was standing up on the bus on the way home (inside not on the roof!) The bus stopped suddenly and I lurched forward and feel flat on my front and hurst my ankle. The bus driver carried straight on even though I let out a loud yell that would have been heard by him and he must have seen my actualy slide to the front of the bus!!
Yep, he carried straight on. I can't believe that I didn't do anything about it. I think I was in shock. Fortunately someone gave me a seat as I couldn't stand. All I wanted to do was get home and I didn't actualy take any details or anything. After filling in a complaints slip they sent me some free bus tickets. Not really enough compensation methinks!!

regrettably, maximum individuals nevertheless take an previous style view on bullying-that it is only a organic element of turning out to be up. If those incidents are occuring off college sources and not in any respect in the time of faculty hours, there is, regrettably, no thanks to get those little ones suspended or expelled for it. the in basic terms ideas are to consult their father and mom and talk to the police. If the bullying isn't actual, the police can't help you, and if the father and mom of those bullies refuse to do something, there is no longer something you may do to quit it. Get your son some counseling, because counselors regularly comprehend the thanks to handle the kind of stuff, and would provide him some sturdy ideas. tell him to envision that he's with a buddy in any respect situations, because bullies regularly sidestep little ones who are not in communities. except that, regrettably, there is no longer something you may do. My truthful regrets.

make a formal complaint to the bus company. i think that is awfull, especially as the driver didnt stop. Also legal action may be needed if the bus driver doesnt admit fault.
