It is not justified at all the way they are fighting hizboallah. First of all just tell me one action isreal did which proves it is attacking hizboallah. They are killing children , women , destroying the infrastructure of lebanon. So nothing was against the hizboallah.
Ladies & Gentelmen be prepared to a very big surprise which is hizboallah &
syria are leaded by the great USA and this is proven by the timing of the attack and the way isreal is acting which is killing civilians and lebanon infra...
USA is the biggest TERROR nowadays and they are leading the middle east to complete distruction. But I tell you one thing for the people who believe in god that these terror attacks from the USA shall stop by his good will and the USA leaders shall be punished & humiliated.

This is like a DVD film which will end by disarming hizboallah. But sure hizboallah should do it proper way without big losses and with pride. Even
isreal (Head of the snake) do you think they really care about there soldiers.
There Great prime minister Olmert is sending them to die in lebanon because it is not there cause while the resistance in lebanon they have a cause and tell me about one country who had a cause in the past and lost.

We are living in a world of criminals !!! May God severly punish them and make the innocent win.

By the way DID THEY FIND ANY DANGEROUS WEAPONS IN IRAQ!!!
And tell bush to say hi to Bin Laden.

Did you know that:
- Israel is still occupying parts of the Lebanese land?
- Israel has more than 9,000 Lebanese and Palestinian captives?
- Israel is using world-banned weapons and ammunition in this criminal war it is directing at Lebanon?
- Israel is the only country whose Supreme Court allows its army to torture captives and prisoners if they are Arabs?
- Even if no Israeli soldiers were snatched, Israel was going anyway to "punish" Lebanon and Hizbullah because they defeated its army and forced it to get out of southern Lebanon like mice?
- Israel has a special agenda of punishing Lebanon for being virtually the only true democracy in the Arab world, which is something that Israel hates because it shows the Arabs in a good picture worldwide and destroys all the efforts made by the zionist media to disfigure the Arabs' reputation?

taking all that into consideration, sure why not, two military prisoners of Israel are being held in Lebanon...

ps. Hezbollah is an Iranian group

It would be justified to retaliate to a certain point. It is not justified to kill so many people over just 2 soldiers. They are killing more innocent civilians provoking more retaliation from these terrorist. 200 Lebanese and plus lives is not worth 2 Israeli soldiers. Israel can only accomplish all of this because our country (USA) gave them all these weapons. We wouldn’t kill so many people over 2 soldiers in Iraq, but Israel can care less about innocent civilians. I think the US should stay out of this one and not intervene. We should probably stop supporting Israel militarily all together and help the Lebanese government get rid of the terrorist who started this conflict.

I think it is not. That's like bombing a school because two students that happen to go there stole the gun that you set up to shoot them if they come near your house.

Granted soldiers are people and obviously have more value than a gun, but they are humans that choose to take the job of soldier and put themselves at odds with other "soldiers" fighting for their own cause.

Humans have to learn to follow the Golden Rule. It is the basis of every religion and every philosophy of human interaction that has produced a developed society, but people are too busy fighting over the details that should come much later in their study of religion, to realize that without the basics, argueing the details is madness.

No justifications whatsoever. History and present day actions show and prove that Israeli attacks are not justified.

To get a full understanding, we have to go back a long time ago when the Israelis were expelled from 109 locations and the British mandate and Balfour declaration gave Israel a part of Palestine occupied then by the British forces.
Israel or to be more precise the Israeli Zionists had their own agenda to attain their "promised land" - land between the Al Forat & the Nile Rivers - and Israel began to invade parts of Lebanon, Syria, Egypt and more parts of Palestine.

It's history repeating itself over and over again. Have any of you heard of the Israeli Sabra & Shatila massacre in Lebanon or the Deir Yassin massacre in Palestine. I guess not because the "western" media doesn't show the autocracies of Israel.

What kind of human beings are we turning to, to allow Israel to do this over and over again under the false pretense that it is "defending itself"? Israel is the aggressor occupying a land that is not theirs.

What many cannot understand is that Israel will go to any length to achieve its goals and eliminate whoever gets in the way, even if it is the US itself.

From history, Israel did conduct attacks on the US harming and murdering US citizens trying to set up Arab countries in the process so that the US may start with these countries check up on the USS Liberty & the Lavon affair.

Israel in fact murdered Rachel Corrie in cold blood by running a bulldozer over her body – what a terrible death for someone who was trying to save other peoples’ homes form destruction.

If what many sources are saying about Israeli involvement in 9/11 are proven true, then you have yet another proof of how Israel can harm and murder US citizens to achieve its goals.

Israel is not only harming the "bad Arab terrorists" - Israel is also harming and murdering "their allies" and the citizens of the country that gives a very large portion of their taxpayers money to equip Israel with the weapons to carry out is ethnic cleansing. So it shouldn't surprise me that many of these citizens would not want to see what their money is doing to others.
Now peaceful Israel is goading Iran & Syria into war and I believe that what the US citizens are really missing to see when they defend Israel's right to "defend itself" is that if they go into war with Iran, the US & coalition soldiers will be the ones who will suffer and not the Israeli soldiers. The US soldiers will be caught in the middle and Israel will send out its nuclear weapons from Israel to destroy Iran, catching the US soldiers in the process. Is this what the US really wants for its soldiers - to fight Israel's unlawful battles at their (US) soldiers expense?

Take a look at the pictures and see for yourself if there are any justifications.

Military action can be justified in case of unstopping cruelty. I think such a conflict when soldirs are kidnapped is to be sold much more wisely by means of politics and negotiationsand other instruments known. Or before they had to announce their action for civil people in Lebabanon and give time to evacuate

Yes. Hezbollah has integrated itself within Lebanese society. There is no other way to uproot this organization. Of course, if Hezbollah would release it's hostages and disarm in accordance with UN resolution 1559, then all this wouldn't be necessary.

I say yes! They were attacked first by Hezbollah Terrorist and Lebanon allows them to operate in their country. Hezbollah crossed into Israel and they should defend themselves, all they ask is to return the 2 kidnapped soldiers and they will halt the attack, that is no asking much!

You mean Israel's attack on Hezbollah and yes it is justified. Why must these militant groups kidnap, blow up, etc people? Do you think Hezbollah would have just bent over if Israel had kidnapped some of their members?

Absolutely it's justified. Every nation, every citizen on this planet has the right to defend themselves, which is exactly what Israel is doing.

However, I don't believe that the response is proportionate to the actions taken by Hezbollah.
