There should just be the normal , but you will feel uncomfortable so you may have a yeast infection starting.I know a lot of women go through this and it is a miserable condition.Sorry you have to be dealt this .

Oh my Lord. I am a nurse and can tell you when your uterus prolapses, you can actually feel the thing hanging out like a big ball in your vagina, or you can see it haning out. You have to vaseline your fingers, lie down and gently push it back in.
If your uterus is haning out, go to your doctor. They will order a special device (old fashioned as hell) to keep it in or a hysterectomy or you can hope to heck it stays up there where it is supposed to be.
Yeah. I imagine there may be some type of discharge, but when a uterus prolapses, you see this big pinkish bulge hanging out in your underpants. Its your uterus. I just remembered, the old fashioned device they use to keep your uterus in is called a pessorie.

Slight amount of mucoid discharge may be there but if the prolapse is long standing and ulcers are formed then blood stained discharge can occur.
